For me the home, candids only go to the 19th. They were there yesterday but not today.

At first glance I thought for sure it was Kate, but it now looks like the woman's legs are heavier and/or shorter than Kate's legs.  But, how do we explain the same looking car and rims?  Hummmmm

I got confirmation yesterday from someone who knows Kate, that YES it is her.

I actually wasnt sure until then.

But apparently not her car!  Luggage rack and chrome are different. Same tacky hat though!!

I don't think it's Kate for a couple of reasons... one, that woman is shorter than Kate.  Two, and most importantly, she's wearing clogs, and as we all know Ms. Kate Irene is never without her heels!
